The starting point for blending East and West

On March 30th , the delegation from School of Management, Waikato Management School，New Zealand paid a visiting to SHU GLMBA center, and had a series of Cultural and academic exchanges.

In the morning, the delegation from School of Management, Waikato Management School，New Zealand visited the Yan Chang Campus of Shanghai University. After the Brief opening remarks, Prof. Ed Weymes, from school of Management, Waikato Management School, gave a lecture about"The Market of China". During the lecture, Prof. Ed Weymes fully confirmed the rapid development of China. After that, Prof. TAO Feiya, from History Department and Academic Director of the Center for Religious Studies, Shanghai University, introduced the modern history of China. Thus, the arrangement went towards the end with the Q&A between professors and students.

In the afternoon, he delegation from School of Management, Waikato Management School，New Zealand had a lecture about East and West differences by Prof. Ed Weymes & Dr. SIM, Mong Soo (Paul). Later, Prof. Shen Yao, from the College of International Business and Management of Shanghai University, gave a lecture about the growth of the Chinese economy since 1980. Most members of delegation from School of Management, Waikato Management School，New Zealand enjoyed today's lectures and made positive interaction, which made all the lectures vivid and filled with passion.
