Abstract: In the new industrial revolution, with the in-depth development of industrial Internet, the comprehensive application of intelligent manufacturing technology and the reconfigurable manufacturing system, industrial organization reform is featured by custom-made, modular and networked production as well as collaborative manufacturing that can meet the diversified and personalized needs. In addition, cross-border integration and platform economy have become new modes of industrial organization. This will promote the reconstruction of industrial innovation activities, operation mode, competition rules and market patterns. Under the guidance of intelligent manufacturing and “Internet Plus”, efforts need to be made to improve the system and mechanism environment for further coordination and integration, encourage enterprises to actively innovate their industrial organization modes and reform their management pattern, promote coordinated innovation, custom-made and networked production based on ecological platform and industrial integration, and actively build a new industrial ecology with international competitiveness and sustained innovation vitality.
