Lu Wei, research fellow of the Department of Innovation Development at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), chaired a high-level expert symposium on "Research on 2040 engineering technology demand forecast" (Medical health), on July 4.

Delegates from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Peking University, Capital Medical University, and Sun Yat-sen University, as well as experts of the National Natural Science Foundation of China participated in the event.
