Cheng Huiqiang, Director-General Assistant and research fellow of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies, recently inspected upgrading of the circular economy in Tongling, Anhui province. His survey group visited a Tongling circular economy industry park, an agricultural technology park, and an e-commerce industry park and offered suggestions on their future development.
