A forum on “the micro-foundation of the decisive role of markets in resource allocation” was held in Beijing on July 26. The forum, a flagship project of the Asian Development Bank, was held by the bank and the DRC. Experts from top universities and research institutes attended. Gao Shiji, Director-General of the Institute for Resources and Environment Policies, introduced the achievements of the project.
