Gao Shiji, Director-General of the Institute of Resources and Environment Policies, and Jiang Xiheng, Deputy Director-General of the International Cooperation Department, met recently with officials and experts from the Ethiopia Policy Research Center and the Ethiopia Ministry of Technology. The two sides discussed policy research, construction of think tanks, and personnel exchanges.
