The Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies held a forum on the development of the law to prevent soil pollution on July 2. Delegates from government sectors and enterprises took part in the event. They discussed the law’s name, definitions, supervision mechanisms, principles, market mechanisms, and provisions regarding social involvement, eco-compensation, and legal liabilities.
