Ph.D. in History, Professor. In 1984 graduated from the Faculty of History of Belarusian State University. Occupied different pedagogical and administrative positions in BSU.

Scientific interests: theory and history of international relations, place and role of the Republic of Belarus in the regional and global system of IR, bilateral links between Belarus and foreign countries and international organizations.

Author of more than 200 scientific publications. Repeatedly delivered lectures in universities of Russia, China, Germany, the USA and other countries. Member of the editorial boards of the number of periodicals
