LI QIANG Director

From June 2015 to the present,Li Qiang served as party secretary and director of the Development Research Center of Fujian Provincial People's Government. From October 2008 to June 2015,Li Qiang served as deputy secretary general of Fujian Provincial People's Government. Prior to this,he was deputy party secretary,secretary of the commission for discipline inspection,and also researcher of Fujian Medical University.

Li Qiang graduated from Fujian Normal University in July 1983. He won Master of business administration of Hongkong Open University in November 2000.
