Born in 1957 in Fujian Province of China, Mr. Lin Zuoming earned his PhD degree in Management, and was alternate member of the 16th and 17th CPC Central Committee and member of the 18th CPC Central Committee. He now serves as Chairman of Aviation Industry Corporation of China.

He had won numerous titles and awards, such as ”National Young & Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contribution”, “National Labour Medal”, “National First Prize for Achievement in Innovative Management of Enterprise”, “National Top Prize for Contribution to China’s Progress in Science and Technology”, etc. and he is an expert who enjoys the Special Government Allowance.

Mr. Lin is post-doctoral supervisor of State Information Center and part-time Professor and PhD supervisor in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is Chairman of the Academic Committee of Research of the Generalized Virtual Economy, and had published nearly 100 academic books and articles, including The Generalized Virtual Economy --- An Economy of the Dualistic Value Rong-Jie State.
