Lu Wei, Director-General of the Department of Techno-Economic Research of the Development Research Center (DRC), met with a group of economists from the World Bank, including Senior Economist Smita Kuriakose and Chief Economist Zhang Chunlin.

Lu and the World Bank experts talked about China's policies on innovation and discussed research on innovation ecosystems.

Also taking part were Tian Jietang, Vice-Director of DRC's Department of Techno-Economic Research, and research fellows Dai Jianjun, Xiong Hongru and Wang Minghui.
