Li Wei, President of China's Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and India's Ambassador to China Ashok K Kantha signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), on May 15, on establishing a dialogue mechanism between the DRC and India's National Institution for Transforming India Aayog.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by China's Premier Li Keqiang and India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Beijing's Great Hall of the People.

Taking part was Cheng Guoqiang, Director-General of DRC's International Cooperation Department.
