At the invitation of Israeli Industry Center for R&D and Turkish Ministry of Development, a DRC delegation led by Vice President Hou Yunchun visited Israel and Turkey from September 5 to 14. In Israel, the delegation visited Israeli Industry Center for R&D and Weizman Institute of Science and exchanged views on regional innovation and technology commercialization. In Turkey, the delegation had discussions on regional development with Turkish Ministry of Development, Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey. The delegation members included Director General of Research Department of Development Strategy and Regional Economy Mr. Hou Yongzhi, Division Director of General Office Mr. Wang Hui, and research fellows Mr. Xuan Xiaowei, Ms. Sun Zhiyan, and Mr. Feng Wei.
