Abstract:
The development and evolution of intellectual property protection system is closely related to the various stages of economic and social development. In spite of the fact that the international patent system tends to be internationalized and unified, the intellectual property system of various WTO member countries differ greatly from each other. According to various development stages and technological development strategies, the European countries, the United States and Japan with developed market economies have made adjustments with regard to intellectual property strategies and protection criteria. As a developing country, China should draw on international experiences and formulate protection criteria in the light of China's situation and under the prerequisite to meet the minimum protection criteria of WTO.
