Report No 79, 2014 (Total No 4578)
Summary:
Education informatization is an important part of China's economy and society informatization, and is a must for a modern education system and learning. A basic education is the cornerstone of the education system and informatization is an important part. But the real situation is that basic education informatization is encountering many difficulties and challenges, especially in the infrastructure gap between regions, between urban and rural areas, and between schools.
To resolve this imbalance, this report suggests that the country should give priority to balanced, fair development, and draft preferential policies to help weak areas. In addition, facilities, software, and faculties deserve equal attention, and the process needs to fit China’s real condition and have proper standards. The informatization of basic education needs to be a part of overall education reforms.
