Vice-minister Liu Shijin of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), received a delegation of high-ranking Ethiopian officials, in Beijing, on June 11, and described China's experience in reforms and opening-up and its economic and social development.

Liu also spoke with them about strengthening cooperation between DRC and Ethiopia.

Taking part in the discussion were Hou Yongzhi, director-general of DRC's Department of Development Strategy and Regional Economy, and Lan Weiban, vice-director-general of its International Cooperation Department.
