On January 7, Mr. Michael Barnier, member of European Commission responsible for internal market and services delivered a speech at DRC on EU’s recent reforms on single market and financial system. Vice minister Zhang Laiming chaired the meeting. Leaders and researchers from different research departments and institutes of DRC joined the discussion.
