On May 10th, President Li Wei met with Mr. Mark Hutchinson, Global Vice President & President and CEO of Greater China Region of General Electric Company (GE). Mr. Hutchinson briefed on the recent development of GE’s operations in China. Mr. Li welcomed the cooperation between GE and the central SOEs of China, and exchanged views with the guests on issues of financial business in the enterprises, R&D and innovation, and the possible cooperation between GE and DRC. Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of International Cooperation Department, Dr. Feng Fei, Director General of Research Department of Industrial Economy, and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department of DRC, were present at the meeting.
