On April 27th, Vice President Lu Zhongyuan accepted an interview by Mme. Madeleine Barbier, Editor-in-Chief of China Plus, a periodical of Lagardere Active Media Group which is the largest French media company. Mr. Lu responded to the questions related China’s 12th Five-Year Plan, including the coordinated urban-rural development, the development of high-tech industries, issues of agriculture, countryside and farmers, as well as issues concerning French enterprises in China.
