On July 16th, Mr. Zhang Yutai, President of DRC, met with Mr. Takashi Hatchoji, Executive Vice President of Hitachi from Japan. Mr. Hatchoji briefed on the situation in the business operation of Hitachi and the measures taken by Hitachi in meeting the challenge of the global financial crisis. Mr. Zhang Yutai introduced the current situation in China’s economic performance and exchanged views with guests on further strengthening the cooperation between DRC and Hitachi. Mr. Lan Weiban, Deputy Director General, Ms. Jiang Xiheng, Divison Director and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of DRC’s International Cooperation Department were present at the meeting.
