On June 12, Mr. Lan Weiban, Deputy Director General of DRC’s International Cooperation Department, met with the delegation of National Management College (MNC) from Pakistan, headed by Dr. Imtiaz H. Bokhari, Director Staff (I.R.) of NMC. Mr. Lan introduced the role and functions of DRC and its relations with other central government ministries and commissions. He also answered the questions from the guests on issues such as the Chinese government policies and measures to reduce the urban-rural and regional disparities and to expand the domestic consumption in the face of the global financial crisis, etc. Mr. Zhang Hongfei and Mr. Yao Songbing, Program Officers of the International Cooperation Department, were present at the meeting.
