On May 25th, the opening ceremony of “Economic and Social Policy Consulting Program for Developing Countries”(ESPCP) was held in Beijing. ESPCP is organized by DRC Human Resources Research and Training Center (HRRTC). There are 49 delegates from 28 countries participating in the program this year. Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of the International Cooperation Department of DRC addressed the opening ceremony on behalf of DRC. Mr. Wang Peiheng, Director of HRRTC introduced the program. Mr. Lan Weiban, Deputy Director General of International Cooperation Department delivered the first presentation “China Survey” .
