On February 18th, Mr. Hou Yunchun, Vice President of DRC, met with Mr. Koushi Nagano, General Manager of Corporate Marketing Group, Hitachi and Mr. Ohno Nobuyuki, Chief Executive for China, Hitachi. Mr. Nagano reported to Mr. Hou on the corporate activities of Hitachi in China, and Mr. Hou briefed the guests about the impacts of the current financial crisis on the Chinese economy. Both sides expressed the wish to conduct more cooperation in terms of energy conservation and emission reduction. Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General, and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of DRC’s International Cooperation Department, were present at the meeting.
