On April 28th, DRC President Zhang Yutai met in Beijing with Professor Peter Drysdale, Director of East Asia Bureau of ANU, Mr. Gary Banks, Chairman of Australian Productivity Commission and other senior representatives of think tanks from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam attending the Round table on Thirty Years of Chinese Reform in Global Perspective: Experience and Challenges Ahead. President Zhang exchanges views with the guests on global financial situation, food price and other issues of common interest and all the research institutions expressed the wish of strengthening the cooperation between them. Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of International Cooperation Department of DRC and Mr. Yu Bin, Director General of Department. of Macroeconomic Research of DRC were present at the meeting.
