Daming Palace recruits volunteers for overseas Chinese relics

Xi'an Daming Palace Cultural Relic Protection Foundation is recruiting volunteer antique appraisers to indentify a group of cultural relics once lost overseas.

The foundation is non-profit and relies on public donations. It is committed to the protection and preservation of relics, carrying forward Tang culture and traditional customs and seeking Chinese cultural relics once lost overseas.

Two or three volunteers will be recruited for the five-day job abroad. The volunteers must be familiar with relics' protection laws and regulations, and be good at identifying cultural relics, especially bronze wares and pottery. Experience participating in the antique identification and protection work is preferred, and outstanding working skills in related fields is a must. Communication skills and language skills are also indispensable, especially English and Japanese. Those who have certificates in these fields will be given priority.
