Inner Mongolia to publicize Constitution in December

The Inner Mongolia autonomous region’s Justice Department has set this December as “Constitution publication month”, so as to carry forward the spirit of the Constitution and strengthen the constitutional awareness of the region.

Selection of “Ten Legal Events and Top Ten Legal Figures” will be held by the justice department, highlighting the significant events and figures that contributed to legislation, law enforcement, justice administration and law publications in Inner Mongolia this year.

On Dec 4, the National Constitutional Day, a legal knowledge contest is to be held mainly on the Constitution of China and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Ethnic Regional Autonomy. A speech contest on the spirit of the Constitution will also be held to encourage State personnel to uphold the Constitution and believe in the law.
