Wenjiang photographic competition begins accepting submissions

According to the publicity department of the Wenjiang committee, the Beautiful Wenjiang Photography Competition started on Aug 26 and will end on Oct 20.

The competition aims to reveal the beauty and recent changes in Wenjiang. It collects photography and video works featuring Wenjiang's natural scenery, urban landscape, infrastructure, living environment and cultural demeanor.

It has four stages - collection, review, award and display. The competition has two first-place prizes with an award of 2,000 yuan ($293.2) per person, four second-place prizes with an award of 1,000 yuan per person, and 10 third-places prizes with an award of 200 yuan per person.

Those interested can send their photography works to wenjiangfaner@163.com or follow the official WeChat account of "Wenjiang Fabu" or "Wenjiangren Buzhidaode Wenjiangshi"(温江发布 or 温江人不知道的温江事), reply "温江"and upload. To submit video works, people can post on Weibo or Tik Tok with the tag #方寸之间看温江#. As an ecological district of Chengdu, Wenjiang strives to improve its living environment and quality of life.
