Chengdu Luhuan Industrial Co is a high-tech enterprise that manufactures equipment for expressways, rail, municipal engineering and power systems. It is mainly engaged in manufacturing and sales of steel structure components with hot-dip galvanizing and coating, communication pipelines, guard railing and isolation fences, road-signs and road surface markers. The company has fixed assets of 15 million yuan ($2.42 million) and covers an area of 20,000 square meters.

Currently, the company employs 270 people, 49.5 percent of whom are senior engineers or graduates of junior college or above. It also has a batch of senior technical staff that have been working in traffic equipment manufacturing and traffic infrastructure construction for years.

The company now has the most advanced automatic and continuous rolling production line. The company’s hot-dip galvanizing factory has the country’s only computer controlled production line fueled by natural gas. The factory can manufacture 150 tons of galvanized parts each day. The company has been granted with the Science and Technology Achievement Award by the Transport Department of Sichuan province. Its scientific achievements have been rated as provincial-level ones.
