With the arrival of the spring, the maple leaves have started turning red these days. The maple garden in the Wenjiang district in Chengdu, Sichuan province is ready to embrace visitors, offering spectacular views.

Covering 33 hectares, the Wenjiang maple garden is one of the largest maple woods in Chengdu.

To improve visitor enjoyment, the garden this year repaired all the roads and alleys to make it easier for visitors to walk and ride bicycles. “Our tourists will have a clean and mud-free walk around,” said Lin Huaming, the owner of the garden.

In addition, more leisure areas have been created for visitors to have a rest while sipping their tea and coffee. The sanitary conditions of toilets within the scenic spot have also been improved and will be well maintained, Lin added.

A new parking lot has also opened up to receive more self-driving travellers.

Information:

The maple garden is located in Youqing village in the Wenjiang district, 28 kilometers away from Tianfu Square, the city center of Chengdu.
