Water Supply

There are three waterworks in the district, with a daily capacity of 120,000 tons. Water quality meets the National Standard (GB57-84), and the water pressure is 0.6 Mpa. One water work is under construction and two are undergoing expansion, which will increase the daily water capacity to 400,000 tons.

Power Supply

Wenjiang District has three 110KV and three 35KV transformer substations, with a total power transformation of 231MVA. Power supply lines of 35KV and 10KV are used, and underground cables distribute power. Its power supply stability reaches 100 percent, and overall load is 60,000 KVA. A dual power and two-circuit system has been set up to ensure power supply.

One 220KV substation is under construction, whose capacity is 2x180MVA. One 110KV substation with a capacity of 3x40MVA will be built in the west and south of the industrial development park, which will increase the total power transformation to 400 MVA in the district.

Gas Supply

There are four natural gas companies in Wenjiang, with a daily capacity of 500,000 m3 and a gas supply pressure of 6kg. The combustion value reaches 8,200 kcal/nm.

Communication

With 67,000 computerized telephones in the final phase, Wenjiang will offer various telecommunication services. There are 91 mobile base stations, which will increase to 120 in five years. By then, mobile telephones and digital broadband will connect this district with the whole world.

Drainage

Inside the park, a sewage-rainwater separation drainage network has been set up, and the sewage pipe network covers the entire district. Construction has begun on sewage treatment plants with a daily processing capacity of 80,000 tons.
