The park has attracted more than 30 educational and scientific research institutions, which include the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu University of TCM, Chengdu Normal University, Sichuan Agricultural University, Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Communications, Chengdu Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology, Agricultural Biotechnology Center of Chengdu Branch, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Sichuan Academy of Food & Fermentation Industries and Chengdu Hydroelectric Investigation & Design Institute of State Power Corporation. It has over 10,000 professionals, 80,000 college students – including 1,000 doctoral students and 5,000 graduate students – and nearly 10,000 middle and high ranking managerial staff and technical personnel.
