The rabbit head is one of Mingfangju restaurant’s most popular dishes, which uses the ancient cooking techniques handed down from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
The rabbit head is marinated with a variety of spices, red chilis, and peppercorns to create a hot and fragrant flavor. The dish has received a number of awards, including the Wenjiang County Famous Snack title given by Wenjiang county government in 2001.
