Associate Professor Zhao Feng, deputy director of the Beijing Overseas Scholars Center, has served as educational consul at the Chinese Consulate General to Houston and director of the Beijing Municipal Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, which was awarded an "advanced unit" title.

Professor Zhao has worked for nearly 20 years in the field of overseas student management and services. He is devoted to setting up service agencies and systems to develop talent resources.

He is the first person in China to set up a batch of overseas student pioneer parks and evaluation systems. He has also organized a series of influential activities to attract talent and help overseas students establish businesses.
