Li Wei graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1994 and received her master's degree in management from Singapore's Nanyang Technological University in 2001. She is an experienced professional in the field of company registration management due to her many years of work experience.

She wrote Explanation about Rules of Zhongguancun Science Park and participated in making public policies, including Pilot Measures for Corporate Debt-for-Equity Swap Registration and Zhongguancun Science Park Regulations of Company Registration. Presently, she is in charge of making policies about marketing entity registration, brand strategy, and market supervision and management. She also manages innovation pilot businesses.
