Li Zhongqiu, Chairman of the Zhongguancun Digital Content Industries Association

Li Zhongqiu graduated from Tsinghua University and serves as chairman of the Zhongguancun Digital Content Industries Association and president of Dison Animation Technology Ltd. He is also the executive director of the Association Internationale du Film d'Animation (ASIFA) and secretary general of ASIFA China. He serves as executive director and vice secretary-general of the China Animation Association.

Li introduced China's first 3D animation technology in 1989. In recent years, he developed and introduced the Panimation theory, a method that allows animation production to expand its application to digital special effects, new media, virtual reality and other digital content. The theory has inspired new ideas and has created more employment opportunities in the field.
