Chen Hao, Managing Director & Investment Director of Legend Capital

Chen Hao graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majoring in computer science. He joined the Lenovo Group in 1992 and established Legend Capital with Zhu Linan, where he served as investment director responsible for monitoring and coordinating the firm’s overall investment. He is also a member of the investment decision-making committee.

As a founder of Lenovo Integrated System (Shanghai) Company, Chen developed Lenovo's system integration to a value worth hundreds of millions of yuan in Shanghai within a few years.

He was later promoted to deputy general manager and corporate planning director, mainly in charge of strategy formulation and supervision. He presided over the implementation and development of large and medium-sized system integration projects for governments and sectors, including finance, taxation and telecommunication.

Lenovo Integrated System (Shanghai) Company is China's largest professional provider of system integration. It is the first IT product dealer and provides a full range of network products.

Chen boasts over 15 years of experience in business operations and corporate management in the IT industry. He has established an extensive network of relations with authorities, local governments and large enterprises.

Chen Hao was chairman of iFLYTEK (SHE: 002230) and now is a member of the board of directors at Eyang Technology (0117.HK), Spreadtrum Communications (Nasdaq: SPRD) and VanceInfo (NYSE: VIT).
