Dr. Xue is currently the vice president of Sinoma Science & Technology Co Ltd, president of Beijing Composite Materials Co Ltd, president of Sinomatech Wind Power Blade Co Ltd and president of Beijing Sinoma Composite Auto Parts Co Ltd.

He is also the vice-president of China Composites Industry Association and director of the FRP Branch Association of the Chinese Ceramic Society.
