Shao Genhuo serves as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Beijing Dabeinong (DBN) Technology Group Co Ltd.

Shao Genhuo was born in 1965 in Jinhua city, Zhejiang province. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Beijing Dabeinong (DBN) Technology Group Co Ltd.

From 1982 to 1986, he studied at Zhejiang Agricultural University. In 1991, he received a doctoral degree in agriculture at the China Agricultural University. In October 1994, he founded the Beijing DBN Feed Technology Co Ltd.

His major social positions include: Vice President of Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Societies (CAASS), Agricultural Industrialization Work Committee, China Association for Agricultural Technology Promotion, China Feed Industry Association, China Animal Agriculture Association and China National Seed Association. He is also a member of the eleventh standing committee of Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce.

As an agricultural high-tech enterprise, DBN Group has nearly 5,000 employees. The company has more than 40 production subsidiaries and over 1,000 county-level service stations for technology popularization. It's also a key leading enterprise of China's agricultural industrialization, a vice-president unit of the China Feed Industry Association and the China Animal Agriculture Association. It is a standing council unit of the China Animal Health Products Association.

With development in the past decade, BDN Group has mainly specialized in the production of animal health products, premix feed and seed. Currently, it boasts a research and development (R&D) team consisting of 20 doctors and 50 postgraduates and a state-of-the-art technology industrial park that occupies an area of over 200 mu (13.3 hectares) with an investment of over 100 million yuan.

BDN Group has established a national network with over 4,000 employees for agricultural material promotion that integrates services and distribution products.

BDN Group has set up the, "Dabeinong Scholarship", in China's 30+ higher institutions of agriculture. Since 1999, it has invested 10 million yuan to establish the "Babeinong Agricultural Technology Award". It also runs the website www.chnnw.cn. Moreover, it operates China Farmer University jointly with Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
