105 art works along different themes by Qi Baishi, and collected by Liaoning Museum, will be exhibited in Anhui Museum on June 14 – the first time they will be shown in Anhui.
This year marks the 150th anniversary of the guru, and this exhibition is another masterpiece show which follow close on the heals of the "Centennial Art Classics" series exhibition.
Qi Baishi (1864 - 1957) was one of the 20th century's most influential Chinese artists. He was awarded the title of "People's Artist" by the Ministry of Culture, and was chosen as the only Chinese world cultural celebrity.
