Balihe scenic spot in Yingshang county, Anhui province was upgraded to a 5A scenic spot by State Tourism Bureau recently. As of now, there are seven 5A scenic spots in Anhui.

Balihe Scenic Spot covers an area of 240 hectares and its main zone was built on the marshes. The scenic spot was awarded many honours in recent years such as World Top 500 on environment protection, model spots of natioal agricultural tourism and so on.

The success of Balihe scenic spot will play an important role in the tourism development of northern Anhui.

5A Scenic Spots in Anhui are Huangshan Mountain, Jiuhua Mountain, Tianzhu Mountain, Xidi & Hongcun, Tiantangzhai, Longchuan in Jixi county and Balihe.
