Naomi Campbell plans charity fashion show(Daily Mail)
Updated: 2007-09-11 15:22 Supermodel Naomi Campbell has announced plans for a fashion show in London to raise money for the victims of this year's UK floods. The event, Fashion for Relief, will take place at the finale of London Fashion Week. Elle Macpherson in London to promote the charity event Campbell recruited fellow models Yasmin Le Bon, Elle Macpherson and Jodie Kidd to help launch the cause - all arrived at a London press conference wearing the Burberry T-shirts that have been sold to raise cash for the cause. In an interview after the launch, Campbell said Kate Moss would be designing some of the clothes on the catwalk. She said: "I kidnapped Kate. She's going to be a designer. I don't know what it will be that she designs. She doesn't really like to do the shows... it will be Kate Moss the designer." Campbell said: "We wanted to do something to help all those affected by the terrible UK floods, our way. |
