According to Fametastic speaking after a recent Babyshambles gig in London, before his arrest, Pete told the Sunday Mirror:"I'm never getting married. I don't believe in it. Kate and I are in love - I worship her - but we're not going down the aisle. I'm happy the way it is."

He refused to discuss the rumor that the two held a Buddhist commitment ceremony during their New Year holiday in Thailand but smiled and said:"You know, we're committed."

He added that he has high hopes for 2007, but not his regular kind of high:"I'm really off the drugs and I'm feeling positive. I think it will be a good year for us."

Kate reportedly postponed allowing Pete to move into her north London home this week after he got into a fight in Thailand but was spotted viewing a ¡ê4million home in Regent's Park on Friday, sparking rumours she's planning to buy a new home for the two to share.
