Temaoke Festival of Jinuo People

Date: February 6-8, 2009

Venue: Jinuo Town, Jinghong City, Xishuangbanna Prefecture

It is the grandest festival of Jinuos. During the festival, the people gather at the ceremony master Zhuo Ba’s for drum worship and drum dance, with various activities fully manifesting the Jinuo customs and culture like swinging, beating pinning top, throwing bags and walking on stilts.
