Sips of Slovenia
Two-Michelin-starred restaurant T'ang Court matches classic Cantonese dishes with Slovenian vintages in its exclusive Biodynamic Wine and Dine Menu. The wines from Movia Winery have been harvested based on lunar cycles and the position of the planets. Slovenian wines are said to come from some of the oldest vines in the world. The highlight of the menu may be a stir-fried sliced lobster with spring onions, red onions and shallots paired with a 2012 Sauvignon. The experience is complemented by fine Chinese teas that are biodynamic as well, to help digestion and cleanse the palate for each course. The special menu requires a minimum number of 10 people; HK$1,988 ($256) per person plus 10-percent service charge.
