Guest chef, Chase Kojima, will be serving up his unique Japanese fusion molecular gastronomy from May 21-31 at SEVVA. Chef Kojima honed his skills heading up kitchens of the iconic Nobu restaurant group all over the globe and is recognized as one of Australia’s leading chefs where is at the helm of ultra-trendy, Sokyo at The Star in Sydney. Chef Kojima has also been awarded the coveted ‘Chef Hat’ award in Australia for his food. Chef Kojima says he tries to take traditional dishes and "make them even better".
SEVVA is offering a bento box lunch and a dinner set menu designed by Chef Kojima until the end of the month.
