Reducing risks for Yunan's flower growers considered

The Yunnan province flower industry occupies 70% of the nation's flower supply. April and May are the biggest flower picking months. People from the Kunming Chenggong Dounan Flower Industry Garden and Jinning county flower planting and trading market have said the extreme weather last year had a crucial impact on the flower industry. Take roses as an example, the price of a rose can reach 3 yuan during Valentine's Day but it is only 0.3 yuan now. Under this situation, local government has indicated to establish an auction system to efficiently regulate and control the growing production scale while reducing risks.
