Five-course feast

Chef Paolo Monti is serving a five-course menu with wine pairing showcasing white truffle. For HK$1,888 (plus 10 percent) ($244) dine on Italian scrambled eggs with langoustine tails and shaved truffle, homemade angel hair with parmigiano and shaved truffle, barley wheat risotto with crispy ham and shaved truffle, Barolo stewed veal cheek with truffle shavings, and Moscato wine sabayon with wild berries and truffle.
