Q2: What’s the aim of this fund? A2: It aims at helping the poor or orphans who need a plastic surgery, like congenital malformation, burns and scalds.
Q3: Why do you set the fund? A3: As a specific hospital, it’s our duty to help people who need a hand. To the deformities, what we do will not only change their appearances, but also their fates. By our help, they can live or work as normal people.
Q4: How many patients have been benefited from the Sunline? A4: Our first patient was a child with cleft lip and palate. And then we cured 4 patients from Sichuan. It cost us 150,000 yuan. Some of them were burned in the earthquake, and some of them were deformities.
Q5: What do we do to prepare for treating 150 cleft lip and cleft palate children this time? A5: We sent every ward a nurse to provide a one-to-one service for these children. We even offer clothes and milk powder to them, and all these are totally free.
Q6: How much will this project cost? A6: It will cost 3000 to 4000 yuan for each surgery, so it will be 300,000 to 400,000 yuan in a whole. And we will pay half of the fee; the rest will be paid by Agape. |
