Take
115g Butter
115g Brown Sugar
60ml Golden Syrup
250g Rolled oats
40g raisins
Method
Preheat the oven to 175oc, and grease a 7-8" oblong baking tray.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the Golden Syrup and Sugar. Stir until all the crystals have melted.
Add the oats and raisins had stir until they are all covered with the butter.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and level out, before placing in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once the top is golden brown, remove from the oven and slice into squares. Allow to cool completely, before removing from the tin.
