By Zhuan Ti | China Daily | Updated: 2016-09-24 07:45

Shangri-La Hotel Beijing's new French restaurant, Azur, officially unveiled a weekend brunch menu featuring healthy, authentic French cuisine using fresh ingredients this Saturday.

The restaurant offers unlimited oysters, crabs, fish, shrimp and other seafood, as well as free-flowing champagne and chefs' signature dishes, making it a great place to enjoy quality food with family and friends on the weekend.

Different dishes are presented at different food stations, so each unique aroma will not interfere with the others'.

The signature seafood dishes will be available at the French oyster and champagne station, and the mixed seafood platter will be at the buffet table. Guests may also take their pick from a variety of cheeses, bread and cold platters from the circulating food carts.

The brunch menu also includes Azur's classic dish, The Forest: quinoa risotto, mushrooms, potato and parsley foam. The quinoa featured in this dish is recognised by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations as the most versatile of Andean grains for human consumption.
